Took around a month and a half off from posting here. As I mentioned in the last post I had switched what I was doing at work and that took a lot of my mental space learning. I'm hoping to get back on the writing horse now that things have died back in that department.
Pokemon Champions came out on switch and I've been really enjoying playing that. I loved playing PvP pokemon when Scarlet and Violet came out, but the amount of time it took to train individual pokemon for any new teams or team changes made it too annoying for me to play for any length of time. Now that champions has made all the training trivial it feels like this might stick as my go to competitive game, at least for now.
I've updated my 2026 Books Read and my Now Page with things that have come up in the last month.
